I finally got my Slytherin scarf done in SS/CoS style 20 minutes ago. And, i love it.

I had some problems with the length, but i think that it was because i didn't adjust to using smaller needles. strangly enough, the width is nearly the same, i think. who knows. So, i just added more blocks on. it totalled at 25. but, i don't think anyone is going ( Read more... )

I'm knitting up a House Unity scarf out of some scraps of acrylic and I have a ponderance. I'm in the middle. The pattern I'm following has instructed that the middlest middly black segment be as long as any of the other segments, but I'm thinking that maybe doubling it, or just adding mayhaps another twenty rows will add some zhuzh to something ( Read more... )

I know this is a topic that's been discussed to death, but....I was watching my DVD searching for good shots of the scarf and I noticed that there are two small grey stripes in between the two blue ones before the pattern mirrors.
